Title Regarding shipment to Canada

To whomever it may concern,

I have ordered a pair of boots on 7th December but it still says "preparing shipment".
Also, I wanted to ask you a couple of questions on Kakao talk but it seems like overseas users cannot use the service.
I would appreciate if you let me know how much longer it will take for you to ship the products to Canada.
